We want your LAVERTU shopping experience to be smooth and transparent — from secure payment to a fair and simple returns process. On this page you’ll find everything you need to know about payment options and how returns work.

Payment

We support safe and secure online payments. Your details are processed via encrypted connections to protect your privacy and security at every step.

You can pay using the available methods at checkout, such as iDEAL, credit card and other local payment options. (iDEAL, iDEAL in3, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact, SEPA bank transfer, Przelewy24, Klarna.)

Your order will only be shipped once your payment has been successfully completed.

Returns

If something isn’t as expected, you can register a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure hygiene, product safety and a smooth process, please follow the guidelines below.

Return conditions

  • Returns can be registered within 14 days after you have received your order.
  • Cosmetic products (such as make-up, creams, lotions, gels and shampoos) must be unused and unopened in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
  • Our quality team carefully inspects all returned items. If a product has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
  • Please pack your return carefully so products are protected during transport.

Defective or incorrectly delivered items

  • If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, this must be reported within 48 hours after receiving your order.
  • Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and send you a new or correct item free of charge.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we do not provide a refund and the order cannot be cancelled; instead, we replace the product.

Return & shipping costs

  • For standard returns, return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.
  • If an item is delivered defective or incorrect (and reported within 48 hours), we will reimburse the return shipping costs and send the replacement item free of charge.
  • The shipping costs of the original order are never refunded, even if you return the full order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

Please note: This applies only to standard returns. For defective items or incorrect deliveries, no refund is issued — the product will be replaced instead (see “Defective or incorrectly delivered items” above).

Promotions & free gifts

  • When a promotion includes a free gift above a certain order amount, and you return (part of) your order so that the remaining order value falls below the promotion threshold, the free gift must be returned unused and undamaged.
  • The return shipping costs for the free gift are for the customer.
  • If the free gift is not returned, or is used or damaged, we may charge the regular sales price of the gift.

All returns must be registered via our online return form. This helps us process your request quickly and keeps the process clear and transparent.

Tips for a smooth return

  • Always request proof of shipment from your shipping provider.
  • Open the delivery box and original packaging carefully, so you can reuse them in case you decide to return a product.
