These Terms & Conditions are part of every agreement between you and Lavertu. By placing an order via the website, you agree to these terms. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by Lavertu.

All products, prices and information on the website are presented as an invitation to place an order. The agreement is created once Lavertu has confirmed your order, for example via an order confirmation sent by email.

Lavertu may cancel or refuse an order in justified cases, such as obvious errors in prices or descriptions, suspected misuse, or when products are no longer available. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded.

As a consumer you have a legal right to withdraw from the agreement within a specified period after receiving your order. The full Terms & Conditions describe exactly within which period this applies and how you can exercise this right.

Due to hygiene, cosmetic products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. If a product has been opened or used, Lavertu may refuse the return. Any return costs and the method of refund are described in detail in the full document.

All prices on the website are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown clearly before you complete your order.

Payment must be made using one of the available payment methods at checkout. If payment is not completed or is reversed, Lavertu is entitled to suspend or cancel the agreement and may recover any costs resulting from late payment, in accordance with the full Terms & Conditions.

Lavertu strives to process and deliver orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout. If delivery is delayed or a product cannot be delivered, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the moment the order is delivered to the specified address. In some cases, partial deliveries may take place; the full details can be found in the complete Terms & Conditions.

Lavertu aims to ensure that delivered products meet the reasonable expectations you may have based on the product description and the information on the website. If a product is defective or does not match the order, you must notify Lavertu within a reasonable period after discovery.

Where appropriate, Lavertu may repair, replace or refund the product. The exact conditions and any exclusions (for example in case of misuse or normal wear) are described in the full Terms & Conditions.

Lavertu is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the products, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Only direct damage that meets the criteria set out in the full Terms & Conditions may qualify for compensation.

Any liability is always limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product concerned or to the amount paid out under Lavertu’s liability insurance, as further specified in the full document.

If you have a complaint about a product or about our service, you can contact Lavertu using the contact details provided in the full Terms & Conditions. Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time after you notice the problem.

Lavertu will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and within the timeframe described in the Terms & Conditions. Together we will look for a suitable solution.

Dutch law applies to all agreements and any disputes arising from orders placed with Lavertu. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully applicable.

In case of a dispute, Lavertu and the customer will first try to reach an amicable solution. If this is not possible, the competent Dutch court as indicated in the full Terms & Conditions will handle the case.
