Shipping & Delivery
At Lavertu, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order to ensure a secure and reliable delivery. Orders placed before 17:00 on business days are dispatched the same day, and every shipment includes tracking.

Order processing
Orders placed before 17:00 local Netherlands time on business days, Monday through Friday, are normally dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00, during weekends or on Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Exceptional operational circumstances may occasionally cause a delay. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
Shipping & tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking information.
Tracking may take some time to update after the shipping label has been created. International parcels may be handed over to a local delivery partner for final delivery.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Germany: 2–3 business days
• Denmark: 3–5 business days
• Austria, France, Hungary and Luxembourg: 3–5 business days
• Southern, Eastern and Northern Europe: 4–7 business days
• Cyprus and Serbia: 5–8 business days
• United Kingdom and Switzerland: 4–8 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
Express delivery estimates:
• United Kingdom and Switzerland: 2–3 business days
• Cyprus: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the moment of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather and customs procedures may affect delivery.

Current standard shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds:
• Netherlands: €3.95. Free from €40
• Belgium: €5.25. Free from €60
• Germany: €3.95. Free from €60
• Other EU destinations: generally €4.25–€4.75. Free from €60
• Cyprus: €4.75. Free from €70
• United Kingdom: €4.25. Free from €70
• Switzerland: €4.75. Free from €70
• Serbia: €4.50. Free from €70
• United States: €16.00. Free from €100
Express shipping to Cyprus, Switzerland and the United Kingdom costs €18.00.
The available shipping methods, final shipping charge and applicable free-shipping threshold are always shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Pre-orders
If your order contains one or more pre-order products, the complete order will be dispatched once all products are available.
Expected availability and dispatch dates for pre-order products are estimates and may change due to production or transport delays. If a substantial delay occurs, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.
Customs & import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or clearance charges.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Lavertu and must be paid by the recipient. Lavertu does not determine or collect these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs procedures may extend the estimated delivery time. Contact your local customs authority before ordering if you require further information.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at customerservice@lavertu.nl. We will investigate the shipment with the delivery provider.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and damaged products.
The request to report damage within 48 hours does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Lavertu remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered.
