Why doesn't Lavertu use passwords anymore?
We use passwordless login to make signing in faster, easier, and more secure. There's no need to remember passwords or reset forgotten login details.
Where can I find my verification code?
After entering your email address, you'll receive an email containing a one-time verification code. If you don't see it right away, please check your spam or junk folder.
What can I access in my account?
Within your account, you can:

- Track current orders
- Manage your address details
- View and redeem Beauty Points
- Enjoy faster checkout on future purchases
I haven't received my verification code. What should I do?
First, check that you've entered the correct email address. Then look in your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received the code after a few minutes, please contact our customer care team.
Is signing in with a verification code secure?
Yes. Each verification code is unique, temporary, and can only be used once. This provides an extra layer of security without the need for a password.
Do I need to sign in every time?

Can I only view my Beauty Points when I am signed in?
Yes. To view your Beauty Points, rewards, and account information, you'll need to sign in using the same email address linked to your Lavertu account.
