These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Lavertu webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

Lavertu Cosmetics operates as the seller of all products offered through the website. Our goal is to provide a transparent, reliable and consistent shopping experience for every customer.

2. Orders & Agreements

An agreement is formed when you place an order through the webshop and receive an order confirmation by email.

Lavertu reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of incorrect information, suspected misuse or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

All product information is presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or product characteristics.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through encrypted connections. Available payment methods may include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other local payment providers, depending on your location.

Lavertu aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link to follow your delivery.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or busy periods. Lavertu cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure hygiene and product safety, cosmetic products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Lavertu will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement product. In these cases, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

We aim to handle these situations quickly, fairly and with care.

7. Liability

Lavertu is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data or other consequences resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product concerned, unless otherwise required by law.
