Payment
We support safe and secure online payments to ensure your personal information is protected at every step of your purchase. All payment details are processed through encrypted connections, providing a reliable and secure checkout experience.
You can complete your order using a range of trusted payment methods available at checkout, including iDEAL, iDEAL in3, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact, SEPA bank transfer, Przelewy24 and Klarna.
Your order will be processed and shipped once your payment has been successfully completed.
Returns
If your order does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your products. To ensure hygiene, product safety and a smooth return process, please review the conditions below.
Return conditions
- Returns can be registered within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Cosmetic products (such as make-up, creams, lotions, gels and shampoos) must be unused and unopened in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
- All returned items are carefully inspected by our quality team. If a product has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
- Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Defective or incorrectly delivered items
- If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, this must be reported within 48 hours after receiving your order.
- Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and send a replacement or correct item free of charge.
- In these cases, we do not issue refunds or cancellations — the product will always be replaced.
Return & shipping costs
- For standard returns, return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
- If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered (and reported within 48 hours), return shipping costs will be reimbursed and a replacement item will be sent free of charge.
- Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable, even if the full order is returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Please note: This applies only to standard returns. In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, no refund is issued, as the product will be replaced instead (see section above).
Promotions & free gifts
- When a promotion includes a free gift above a certain order value, and part of the order is returned causing the remaining value to fall below the threshold, the free gift must also be returned unused and undamaged.
- Return shipping costs for the free gift are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the free gift is not returned, or is returned used or damaged, we reserve the right to charge the regular retail value of the item.

- Always request proof of shipment from your shipping provider.
- Open the delivery box and product packaging carefully, so it can be reused if you decide to return an item.
