Cosmetic products (such as makeup, creams, lotions, gels, and shampoos) must be unused for hygiene reasons.
Our quality team carefully inspects all returned items.
If a product has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.Return shipping costs are €3.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
