How we collect reviews
After making a purchase, our customers automatically receive an email inviting them to leave a review of the purchased product.
In this way, we encourage only genuine customers to share their experience.
It is also possible to voluntarily leave a review directly on the product page.
In that case, we ask for a name and a valid email address.
How we verify reviews
Each review is manually checked before being published. During this verification process, we look at the following points:
Origin:
We verify whether the name and email address match a previous order or appear legitimate in another way.
Content:
Reviews containing hateful, discriminatory, offensive, or spam-like content will not be published.
Authenticity:
Both positive and negative reviews are published, as long as they appear to reflect a genuine experience with the product.
We make every effort to prevent misleading or fake reviews so that our customers can trust the feedback they read.
We do not publish reviews that:

We do not remove or edit reviews for commercial reasons.
