We offer free shipping on all orders over €50.

Payment

Returns

If something isn’t as expected, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To ensure hygiene and product safety, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below.

Return Conditions

  • Cosmetic products (such as make-up, creams, lotions, gels and shampoos) must be unused and unopened for hygiene reasons.
  • Our quality team carefully inspects all returned items. If a product has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are €3.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
